Is it permissible for a man to learn Tajweed from a woman in the presence of her mahram?

It is forbidden to look at or be in seclusion with a non-mahram (definition) woman (a woman not of one's immediate family), and it is not permissible for her to uncover her face in front of him. A woman's voice is not considered 'awrah (that which must be covered or concealed), unless it is soft, alluring, or submissive in a way that incites fitna (temptation or discord). It is permissible to acquire knowledge from a woman, provided there is a hijab (definition) (barrier/veil) and concealment, and the absence of seclusion and fitna, as Allah states: (And when you ask [his wives] for anything, ask them from behind a partition. That is purer for your hearts and their hearts) [Quran 33:53]. However, it is not advisable due to the widespread corruption and lack of religious commitment, especially in teaching Tajweed (definition), which many men are proficient in. This is unless the woman is elderly, has a high isnad (definition) (chain of narration), and there is no fear of fitna.
