What is the way to get rid of the feeling of loneliness and instability, and the desire for marriage, stability, and living under the care of a man who protects, cares for, and provides for, after moving for work and living far away from family?
A woman is permitted to go out to work if the work is permissible and suitable for her nature, provided she adheres to the Shar’i , modesty, and shyness, and avoids unlawful seclusion and intermingling [with men], or traveling without a .
If the questioner is asking about her own situation, she must avoid traveling without a mahram, and she should not live alone in her place of work due to the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) prohibition of solitude. She should look for work close to her family until she gets married.
As for her feeling of needing a husband, it is a praiseworthy, innate feeling. There is no harm in her seeking marriage by offering herself to someone she approves of, or by informing her family or trustworthy women to look for a righteous husband for her.
