What is the ruling on the saying "Your religion is emerging (or rising)" that is widespread among young people, along with clarifying the ruling on its utterer, and is it a statement of disbelief (kufr) as some believe?

We advise you to distance yourself from obsessive thoughts regarding people's disbelief, and to occupy yourself with learning Islamic law from its texts and studying it with scholars. This phrase should be interpreted charitably, as it might mean that an angry person, at the moment of their anger, is not adhering to the manners and rulings of the religion. For this reason, Islamic law brought forth what repels the effects of anger.
