Are the sayings and actions performed by some women, such as "Abraham ascended the mountain, saying, 'O عين…'," and the grasping and throwing of an imaginary object, believing that it removes evil, along with their belief that yawning is a sign of envy, legitimate, and what is their ruling in Islam?

This method is neither beneficial nor effective in warding off the evil eye, whether from a Sharia (definition) perspective or through experience. It is not permissible for a Muslim to consider anything a means of bringing benefit or repelling harm unless it has been established by Sharia or by sensory experience.
