The answer

Reproductive health is a fundamental pillar that fiancés should consider, given the importance of preventing diseases and harm in Islamic law. The Prophetic emphasizes the significance of prevention and anticipating certain hereditary diseases, and modern medicine has become capable of detecting many of them. Upon discovering the possibility of hereditary diseases or deformities, the fiancés must reconsider their plans and make a decision based on avoiding harm and preserving oneself. There is no warning against the transmission of ailments between generations up to the seventh generation. The Hadith "The root is an infiltrator" (العرق دساس) is very weak, and similarly, the Hadith "Choose for your offspring" (تخيروا لنطفكم) is very weak.
