How authentic is your website, and why is the text of the scorpion ruqyah by Ibn Salah published when it may contain polytheistic words?

What was published on the website regarding the impermissibility of ruqya (exorcism/spiritual healing) in languages other than Arabic is taken from the book "Ghida' al-Albab" by al-Saffarini, who in turn quoted from "Hayat al-Hayawan al-Kubra" by al-Dumairi al-Shafi'i. Al-Dumairi al-Shafi'i denied the permissibility of ruqya in non-Arabic languages for fear of it containing kufr (disbelief), basing his view on the Hadith (definition) in Muslim which permits ruqya as long as it does not contain shirk (definition) (polytheism).
