What is the ruling on touching a non-mahram woman for the purpose of treatment?

It is permissible for a man to treat a non- woman if there is a need and no woman is available to perform the treatment. This must be in the presence of a mahram or husband. It is forbidden for the male practitioner to uncover or touch any part of the non-mahram woman's body.
