Is it Islamically permissible to perform a sex reassignment surgery from female to male, knowing that the female organs are natural and complete, and there is no hermaphroditism?
The questioner must fear Allah and be content with the femininity that has been allotted to her. For Satan beautifies for her the alteration of Allah's creation, which is impermissible, as Allah Almighty says: (They call instead upon none but female [deities]; and they [actually] call upon none but a rebellious Satan. Whom Allah has cursed. And he [Satan] said, "I will surely take from Your servants an appointed share. And I will surely mislead them and I will surely arouse desires in them and I will surely order them so they will slit the ears of cattle and I will surely order them so they will change the creation of Allah." And whoever takes Satan as an ally instead of Allah has certainly sustained a clear loss.) It is advised to resort to legitimate treatment, whether natural or through (Islamic exorcism). Furthermore, a woman's inclination towards masculinity means her enjoyment of other women, which is a dangerous deviation from fitra (natural disposition), just as a man's inclination towards men is. And Allah destroyed the people of Lot because of it.
