Do Motilium, Gystrazul, and Zantac affect manhood if taken for a long time, and can the wedding feast be postponed due to financial circumstances?

A person is not permitted to do anything that alters the natural disposition (fitra) upon which Allah created them. Therefore, if it is established that the aforementioned medication results in a change in masculinity or femininity, it is obligatory to discontinue it and seek an alternative, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Indeed, Allah has made a cure for every disease, so seek treatment and do not seek treatment with what is unlawful." And his saying: "Indeed, Allah has not made the cure for my Ummah in what He has forbidden to them."

The wedding banquet (walimah (definition)) is a recommended Sunnah (definition), and some scholars have deemed it obligatory. There has been disagreement regarding its timing. Some view it as being after consummation, others say before it, and some believe it is valid both before and after. If it is delayed significantly, it becomes a make-up (qada'). Therefore, there is no harm in holding the banquet some time after the marriage if it was not possible immediately.
