If these conditions apply to the questioner, then there is no blame upon her for taking it, due to the general : "Muslims are bound by their conditions." If the clinic dispenses medicine to those who need it, including employees, then there is no objection. Otherwise, it is not permissible for her to take it except in a state of severe necessity that cannot be averted except by it, and if she finds no other means to obtain it. In such a case, it is permissible for her to take only what is necessary.
