It is permissible to benefit from the service if it is from the syndicate as a donation or cooperative health insurance, and one must adhere to the agreed-upon conditions, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions." However, if the service is from commercial health insurance, it is forbidden because it includes (excessive uncertainty) and jahalah (ignorance). It is permissible to reclaim the paid money, even by stratagem, such as treating another person within the limits of the paid installments.
