The answer

Commercial insurance, in all its forms, is prohibited, with the exception of compulsory insurance and health insurance due to necessity. It is not permissible for the insured to take medications they do not need, unless the insurance is prohibited and they were compelled to take it. In that case, they may retrieve their money up to the amount of premiums they paid, but no more. Whoever takes medicine out of necessity owns it, and they may share it with their family, provided that this does not lead to requesting a quantity they do not need, except in the case of retrieving their money, where they may take the amount they paid absolutely.
