Is it permissible for an employee to take medicines in excess of his needs from the hospital to which his medical insurance is affiliated, considering this as compensation for the irrecoverable costs of his wife’s and son’s treatment?

The action of the pharmacist in dispensing medications not prescribed for you is impermissible and constitutes a breach of trust. Your inability to benefit from health insurance does not justify this. You must return the medications that the pharmacist dispensed to you unlawfully. Furthermore, your failure to receive the amount you paid to the doctor due to her not providing the invoice does not grant you the right to take medications you do not need, as you have no right to the amount without submitting the invoice agreed upon with the company.
