Is it permissible to count what is spent on the family of the second stepmother and the family of the mother from zakat funds, and does this include what is spent to cover their treatment without ordinary expenses?

A wealthy child must provide for their poor parents, including their medical treatment, and for their poor stepmother, and grandparents. A sick person unable to earn and without sufficient money for treatment is considered among the poor and needy, and it is permissible to give them from zakat (definition). It is not permissible to give zakat to those whose maintenance is obligatory upon the giver of zakat, such as parents, children, and a stepmother (if she is still married to the father). It is permissible to give zakat to the stepmother's family and to the mother's relatives (such as her siblings and their children) if their maintenance is not obligatory upon the giver of zakat.
