Is it permissible to use an oral antiseptic spray containing alcohol and menthol, as well as products containing alcohol for external use, such as lip balm?

Previously, it was established that intoxicating alcohol is an impure intoxicant (khamr (definition) najisah), which contaminates anything added to it. It is not permissible to use it purely or mixed with anything else, except in certain cases, including: if the alcohol is transformed by manufacturing into another substance, or if its proportion is very small, or if what the alcohol is added to is definitively a medicine and no alternative is available out of necessity. Based on this, the ruling on mouth spray and moisturizer is determined to be permissible or prohibited.
