The answer

A woman working as a doctor is permissible, and it may be recommended or obligatory if she is needed or if society needs her, especially if she treats women. As for treating men, it is permissible when there is a necessity or need, such as the absence of a male doctor, provided she only touches the part of his body being treated and does not look at his awrah except out of necessity. It is permissible to look at a woman's hand during medical treatment and surgical procedures out of necessity.
