What is the ruling on commissions from the manufacturer without the customer's knowledge, and what is the ruling on medication for sexually transmitted diseases in terms of treating a man's illness?

Taking commission from the manufacturer for someone who promotes their products and brings customers is permissible, provided the promoting intermediary does not deceive the customer. There is no objection to medicine for sexually transmitted diseases, as seeking treatment is legitimate. However, one must adhere to Islamic law, so no forbidden substances should be used, and one's 'awrah (private parts) should not be exposed except out of necessity and to the extent of that necessity.
