We advise you to continue counseling him and instilling in him the fear of Allah Almighty, and to make him listen to admonitions that remind one of the Last Day. If he repents, then praise be to Allah. Otherwise, it is better for you to separate from him, even if it is by paying him compensation, for there is no good for you in remaining under the authority of someone like him.
