Is it permissible to abbreviate religious sacred terms, such as "Alhamdulillah" (Praise be to Allah) or the name "Muhammad," when writing on social media?

Religious phrases such as "Praise be to Allah, and prayers and peace be upon the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace" should not be abbreviated with symbols or shortcuts, as this diminishes the reward. Scholars have disapproved of limiting oneself to symbols for prayers and salutations upon the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace; rather, they should be written out in full. This also applies to praising Allah and expressing satisfaction and mercy for the Companions and scholars.
