The answer

It is impermissible to sell premium accounts on social media platforms to those who desire them, while the platform owner prohibits such sales. This is because the platform owners have permitted the utilization of these accounts, not the ownership of their benefits. Such an act is considered a violation of the platform's terms and involves deception and fraud.

As for the money acquired from selling these accounts, there is a detailed explanation:

1. If the platform sells premium accounts and this benefit has been usurped from it, then the platform is entitled to compensation for what it has lost of its right, as this falls under intellectual property, which must be respected. 2. If the platform does not sell premium accounts, but merely prohibits subscribers from doing so and does not seek financial compensation for it, then it is not permissible to exceed what has been authorized regarding utilization. Whoever violates this, the earnings acquired must be disposed of by giving them to the poor and needy, because they were acquired through illicit means. If the person is poor and in need, they may take what is commensurate with their needs.
