What you have mentioned is a consequence of (whispers of Satan/obsessive thoughts). Your faith or social media account are not rendered unlawful by being created through a pirated program. There is no harm in others logging into their accounts through the program you are using, and you are not required to delete it. So, abandon these waswas and turn to Allah.
