Did Utbah ibn Abd al-Uzza (Abu Lahab) have offspring (children) before his death, especially since nothing is mentioned about him other than the incident of the Prophet’s (peace and blessings be upon him) supplication against him and his death from being eaten by a lion during a trade journey?

It appears that Utaybah ibn Abi Lahab left no offspring, for he died after divorcing Umm Kulthum and before consummating the marriage. He went to Syria and died on the way. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, supplicated against him, asking Allah to set one of His dogs upon him. He was then killed by a lion in Syria. Historians and genealogists do not mention that he had any descendants.
