The Mufti (definition) strives to investigate and present the most preponderant of the sayings of the people of knowledge, and there is no objection to retracting an initial fatwa (definition) and issuing a fatwa based on what has become evident as having stronger proof, following the example of the righteous predecessors. As for the two questions, the origin of the money is forbidden in both issues, and the discussion was about the profit resulting from investing this money.
