Is it permissible for a Muslim to buy a video camera for a Muslim brother who deals in selling alcohol, and is it permissible for the brother to pay its price from his money, and is it permissible to buy this device given what was reported from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, regarding the prohibition of images?

The use of a video camera and filming with it is permissible as long as it is not used for unlawful purposes. Therefore, buying it for oneself or for others is permissible. Receiving payment from someone who sells both permissible and impermissible things is permissible. It is advisable to counsel the seller of alcohol and explain its prohibition.
