Is it permissible to use a non-original laser disc for a Quran memorization program when there is a condition to enter the program, "I swear that the copy is original"?

It is not permissible to copy software protected by copyright, as it involves harm and encroachment upon others' property, unless one needs it due to the unavailability of the original version or inability to purchase it. In such a case, it is permissible to copy it for personal use only, without using it as a means of earning profit or trade. One must restrict oneself to the extent of the need. Whoever swears an oath not to copy and is lying, has committed a false oath (al-yamin (definition) al-ghamusa).
