Is it permissible for a person to take a bank prize after giving its equivalent value to the poor, and what is the Hanafī view on that?

If the prize is a pure gift from a usurious bank, then the fatwa (definition) we follow is that it is disliked to accept it. However, if the prize results from the bank's draws, which are pure gambling, then accepting it is undoubtedly forbidden. The Hanafi school of thought prohibits accepting such a prize in all cases, because most of the bank's money is unlawful, and they believe it is not permissible to deal with someone whose money is predominantly unlawful, treating the majority as if it were the whole.
