The answer

If the deceased left only the aforementioned heirs, then the two full sisters inherit two-thirds as a prescribed share, and the sister from the the mother's side inherits one-sixth as a prescribed share. The remainder is inherited by the brothers and sisters from the father's side by ta'sib (residuary heirship), with the male receiving the share of two females. The inheritance is divided into 72 shares: the two full sisters receive 48 shares (24 for each), the sister from the mother's side receives 12 shares, each brother from the father's side receives two shares, and each sister from the father's side receives one share. The matter must be referred to the courts to verify the absence of any other heirs, bequests, or debts.
