How is the inheritance divided among four full sisters, three half-sisters from the father's side, a full paternal cousin, and four paternal half-cousins from the father's side?

If the deceased leaves behind only full sisters and a full paternal cousin, then the full sisters receive two-thirds as their prescribed share, based on the verse: "But if there are two [sisters], they shall have two-thirds of what he leaves." The remainder goes to the full paternal cousin by way of ta'sib (residuary heirship), based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Give the prescribed shares to their rightful recipients; then whatever remains is for the nearest male relative." The paternal sisters and paternal cousins' sons receive nothing, as the full sisters exhaust the two-thirds share, and the paternal cousins' sons are excluded by the full paternal cousin. The estate is divided into six shares: the sisters receive four shares (one share for each sister), and the full paternal cousin receives two shares. We emphasize that inheritance matters are complex and intricate, and a mere fatwa is insufficient. Instead, such cases must be brought before the Sharia courts for investigation to ensure there are no other heirs, wills, debts, or rights that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
