The answer

If the heirs are limited to a wife and paternal uncles (full brothers of the deceased), and the deceased left no other heirs, then the wife receives one-fourth as her prescribed share, due to the absence of a descendant heir. The remainder goes to the paternal uncles by virtue of asaba (agnatic kinship), equally divided among them. The inheritance is divided into eight shares: two shares for the wife, and one share for each paternal uncle (full brother).

It is important to note the necessity of referring inheritance matters to the courts for investigation and to ensure that there are no other heirs, wills, or debts that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
