Is it permissible for heirs, specifically sons over 25 years old and married daughters, to take a share from their father's retirement pension allocated to eligible heirs?
Source: FtawySummary from Ftawy's records · added here Sep 2, 2026
The payments made to daughters and the wife from social insurance or social security are their exclusive property, and other heirs have no right to them, because such payments are not part of the estate. Rather, they are conditional aid from the state to those who are entitled to it. As for the money remaining from the father's assets after his death, it is to be divided among all heirs as part of the estate.
