Is it permissible to take the insurance amount with the intention of it being blood money (Diyya) for the deceased, in order to preserve the rights of minor siblings, knowing that the court ruled blood money of 120,000 Riyals against the defaulting driver, and the heirs of the deceased were awarded 100,000 Riyals from the insurance company?

You are entitled to claim the full blood money for your father. It is permissible for you to accept less than that if you are mature and discerning adults. However, it is not permissible to waive the share of minors. It is permissible to take the blood money or whatever amount you settle upon in exchange for it from any party.
