Funds disbursed from insurance and pensions after the death of parents, if they were deducted from their salaries during their lifetime, are considered an inheritance and must be divided among the heirs. If they are a grant from the disbursing entity, they are to be distributed according to the conditions set by that entity. Whoever takes any portion of these funds unlawfully is sinful, and what they have taken is forbidden to them. In case of dispute, the court shall rule.
