The answer

The deceased's estate is divided as follows:

- What is included in the estate: The remaining amount from the car's price, life insurance from the governmental social fund, and death insurance from the deceased's employer.

- What is not included in the estate: The retirement pension disbursed by the social fund to the wife, if it is a grant and not from the deceased's previous salaries; otherwise, it is included in the estate.

- The divorced wife: She has no right to inheritance if her waiting period () has expired or if she was irrevocably divorced (baynunah kubra); otherwise, she is among the heirs.

- Ruling on commercial insurance: It is not permissible to take more than the installments paid.

- How to divide: One-eighth (1/8) goes to the wife or wives (if the divorced wife inherits), and the remainder is divided among the son and two daughters by way of ta'sib, with the male receiving a share equal to that of two females.
