What is the ruling on my work for an international express courier company that requires customers to pay an insurance fee on shipments, and pays the employee a percentage of this insurance, knowing that the company does not require insurance on documents and leaves the option to the customer not to insure after signing a declaration?

All forms of insurance (except cooperative insurance) are forbidden because they involve gharar (definition) (excessive uncertainty), jahalah (ignorance), and consuming people's wealth unjustly. It is obligatory to refrain from taking a percentage from it or inviting people to it, and to explain its prohibition to customers with wisdom and good admonition.
