ما هي الوسيلة للتراجع عن قرض بنكي بفوائد محرمة (3000 دينار ليبي) أُخذ لشراء منزل بسبب الضرورة؟
Usury is one of the gravest sins, forbidden to those who engage in it and those who assist them. Allah (the Most High) says: “Those who consume interest will not stand [on the Day of Resurrection] except as one stands who is being beaten by Satan into insanity.” And His saying: “Allah destroys interest and gives increase for charities.” It is also authentically reported from Jabir that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the consumer of usury, its payer, its scribe, and its two witnesses. There is no justification to speak of necessity for consuming usury as long as there is a lawful alternative, such as renting a house instead of buying it. Sincere repentance is advised, and its conditions are: immediate cessation of the sin, regret for what has passed, firm resolve not to return to it, restoring the rights of the wronged, and that repentance must occur within the period of respite before death. Allah (the Most High) says: “Indeed, Allah forgives all sins.” And His saying: “But whoever repents after his wrongdoing and makes amends, indeed, Allah will accept his repentance.”
