The answer

What we have ruled in no. 59972 is the most preponderant opinion according to us, and Fatwa no. 35291 is a clarification of the scholars' difference of opinion. As for Fatwa no. 36848, it does not depart from what we have preponderated. The funds of this company contain an element of doubt due to the mixing of lawful and unlawful elements, and dealing with it is merely disliked (makrooh), not prohibited (). If your work involves permissible matters, there is no objection to it, provided it adheres to the Islamic legal guidelines for women's work. However, if your work involves prohibited matters, such as writing down interest (riba) or assisting with it, then it is forbidden.
