Is it permissible to benefit from bank loans to finance small and medium-sized enterprises in light of the scarcity of job opportunities?

Bank loans with usurious interest are not permissible to benefit from, except in cases of dire necessity. And whoever fears Allah, He will suffice him and make for him a way out of every difficulty. No one will die until he has completed his term and received his provision. Therefore, one should not seek provision through disobeying Allah.
