Is it permissible to take out a loan with interest from a bank to establish a commercial project after exhausting all attempts to borrow without interest, in order to live a dignified life instead of relying on aid?

It is not permissible to take out a loan with interest except in cases of extreme necessity. Since the questioner is not in such a dire situation, it is not permissible for him to do so. It is advised to seek other employment or a benevolent loan (Qard Hasan), while remembering the words of Allah Almighty: "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect."
