Is it permissible to borrow with interest from banks for work and marriage due to the lack of other work, given that the work conditions necessitate shaving the beard?

It is not permissible to borrow with interest (riba) except out of compelling necessity, which is when the borrower reaches the point of ruin or is close to it, based on the Almighty’s saying: {And He has already explained to you in detail what He has forbidden you, except that to which you are compelled}. If your brother has not reached this state, then it is not permissible for him to borrow with interest for any purpose such as work or marriage, because that is a great evil and a grave sin. The Almighty said: {O you who have believed, fear Allah and give up what remains of interest, if you should be believers}.
