Is it permissible to deal with a foreign (non-Islamic) company that offers credit and real estate investment opportunities with a fixed annual interest rate of 7%, knowing that the principal will be repaid after 10 years? And is it permissible to borrow from it and repay the full amount before the interest is collected in order to avoid it?

It is not permissible to deal with this company using an interest or credit system, because the first is a clear usurious loan, forbidden by consensus, and there is no difference in it between a Muslim and a disbeliever, or one who consumes usury and one who pays it. Allah has threatened war against those who consume and those who enable it. As for the second, which is taking money on credit with a condition of increase upon delayed payment, it is also not permissible because it is a forbidden usurious contract, and the one who commits to it falls into usury if delayed due to some circumstance.
