The answer

The company that pays the price of a commodity for the consumer without an increase is considered to be giving a benevolent loan, which is permissible. However, if the company agrees with a shop to pay the price of the commodity for the consumer in exchange for a percentage that the company takes from the shop, then this is a loan that brings a benefit to the company from a party other than the borrower, and it is considered forbidden by some scholars. As for the company that takes a 10% increase on the amount it pays to the consumer, if it is a financial loan with an increase, it is explicit usury (riba) and forbidden. However, if it is through for the one who commands the purchase, meaning the company first buys the commodity and then sells it to the consumer with a 10% increase payable at a later date, then it is valid if the Shariah controls are met.
