Is it permissible to sell a cramped house, temporarily reside in the grandfather's house, and then take out an interest-based loan from the bank to build a new house, knowing that there are girls who need private rooms?

Allah has unequivocally forbidden usury (riba) in the Quran and Sunnah (definition), and He has threatened those who deal in it with war from Him and His Messenger. He has destined them for Hellfire, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the one who consumes it, the one who feeds it, its scribe, and its two witnesses. Therefore, it is not permissible for a Muslim to borrow with usury. He must seek lawful alternatives, such as a benevolent loan (al-qard al-hasan (definition)) or dealing with Islamic banks, and be patient if he does not find them, so that he may avoid the forbidden.
