Is it permissible to take out a loan with interest to cover university tuition fees, knowing that there are no interest-free loans available, and discontinuing studies means not completing university education?

Usury is one of the gravest sins and destructive acts, and it is impermissible to engage in it except out of necessity or a recognized need that is treated as such. Completing one's studies is not, in principle, among the necessities, but it may become so in some circumstances, based on a person's urgent need for it in their work or livelihood.
