Is taking a loan from a bank to pay delayed salaries considered impermissible (haram), knowing that the employer will be the one to repay the loan and its interest?

It is not permissible to take this usurious loan, because even if you are not directly involved in usury yourselves, your assistance in it constitutes a form of cooperation in what is forbidden. Allah Almighty says: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression."
