Is it permissible to take out a bank loan against one's salary when necessary?

There is no harm in banking facilitation if it is from an Islamic bank and its transaction is Sharia-compliant and free from usury, whether this is by choice or necessity. However, if the transaction involves a Sharia violation, or is usurious, or the bank is usurious, then it is not permissible except in a case of dire necessity.
