Is the earning permissible for an employee in the management of a company that extracts phosphate, if this management practices usurious activities and deals with life insurance, given the employee's ability to avoid prohibited tasks within it?

It is not permissible to borrow or lend with interest, for it is forbidden usury (riba), based on the Almighty's saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression," and the Hadith (definition): "Allah has cursed the one who consumes riba, the one who feeds it, its scribe, and its two witnesses." It is also forbidden to assist in commercial insurance due to its inclusion of riba, gambling (maysir (definition)), and excessive uncertainty (gharar (definition)). Therefore, it is not permissible to work in these forbidden fields. Work is permissible in a permissible field.
