The answer

Working in banks that deal with riba (interest) is a reprehensible act that is not permissible, due to the affirmation of riba and assisting in it. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the one who consumes riba, the one who pays it, the one who records it, and the two who witness it, and he said: "They are all the same." Therefore, one must leave the forbidden work and search for another that is permissible.

And Allah knows best.
