The answer

"It is impermissible to assist in working in usurious banks, because it involves aiding in usury (riba) and sin. This is based on Allah Almighty's saying: ""And do not cooperate in sin and transgression."" And because the Prophet, may Allah's prayers and peace be upon him, cursed the usurer, the one who feeds it (to others), its scribe, and its two witnesses, and he said: ""They are equal (in sin).""

Repentance to Allah from this work is obligatory. If you repent with sincere repentance by abandoning the sin, regretting it, and resolving not to return to it, then the continuation of your associate in that work will not harm you, and you will not bear the sin of his action as long as you are unable to prevent him."
