This loan is precisely usury because "every loan that brings a benefit is usury." The Shariah agent's (legal representative's) analysis of the bank to make the forbidden permissible does not make it permissible. Therefore, it is not permissible to proceed with it for marriage or anything else. And whoever abandons something for the sake of Allah, Allah will compensate him with something better, for Allah Almighty says: "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect."
