It is not permissible to use a credit card that includes a usurious condition, even if the holder intends to pay on time; because the acceptance of usury and entering into its contract is void. Moreover, the user may actually fall into usury by delaying payment. Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen issued a prohibiting this transaction because the user commits to paying usury if he does not pay on time, and this commitment is void. Circumstances may change, and he may be unable to fulfill the payment.
